returned to the customer with a detailed defect report.

If you have recently purchased a 5DX system, or have training requirements
for an existing machine, we can help bring your new machine or programmers
up to date.

Remote Support - With an internet connection
from your 5DX or TDW, we have the ability to remotely access your system,
and assist with issues in real time manner. This can be very important with
critical issues where time is of the essence.
