Greetings!
Hiking
to the top of Quandary Peak was not a difficult task, assuming (a) it
was not technical, "just a hike", while (b) gaining over 3,400' in 3.6
miles, (c) most of the hike was above 11,000' and (d)
you do not have an extreme fear of heights... But, before leaving
the Breckenridge area and returning to Albuquerque, I wanted to climb a
14'er, I accomplished this goal and with the cooperation of the
weather, the view from the top was worth the effort.
